1. Data Subject and Form of Consent

The user of the Dachamatics service, identified by the email address of their account, freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives the Operator specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data on the conditions set out below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, “Law 152-FZ”).

Consent is given by ticking a separate box on account registration, on first sign-in with Google or on acceptance of a new version of this document. The version of the document and the time of ticking are recorded.

This Consent is a separate document and covers processing that is not required to perform the contract concluded under the Terms of Use. Processing necessary to perform the contract is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes of Processing

Consent is given to the cross-border transfer of personal data to the recipients listed in Section 5 for the following purposes:

• obtaining weather data (forecast, weather archive) for the garden coordinates;
• obtaining soil type and texture suggestions for the plot coordinates;
• loading reference photographs;
• delivering push notifications;
• Google Sign-In.

• city name entered by the User;
• city coordinates and plot coordinates;
• device IP address;
• Firebase Cloud Messaging push token and Firebase installation identifier;
• reminder title and body, containing the crop and bed names, and the planting identifier;
• Google account identifier and email address.

Consent is given to the following operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing method: automated processing with transmission over the Internet, including cross-border transfer.

7. Term

Consent remains in effect until withdrawn or until the account is deleted, whichever occurs first.

8. Withdrawal

Consent is withdrawn by sending a statement to support@dachamatics.org from the account email address or stating that address.

After withdrawal, the Operator stops providing synchronization, push notifications and Google Sign-In. Use of the application on the device without synchronization continues.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent are destroyed within no more than 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, unless another basis for processing exists (Law 152-FZ, Art. 21(5)).
